What Is Law?

The field of law is a combination of the law on contract, property rights; and criminal laws (sometimes called “criminal law”). But what is a legal person or entity?

Law is an independent branch of social life that helps us to understand the world around us. It deals with how we can resolve disputes and disagreements, and how our rights are protected. Some may call it the basis of our legal and moral values. For example, you have a lot of friends by your side if they help you in some way because you are not perfect either and you will need each. So one of my friends was very sorry, I didn’t tell him this, but he was really upset. He told me, that he thought that such things should not happen.

Definition of Law :

"Law is the right of one, obligation of the other, maintained by law enforcing authority".

Austinien's Definition of Law:

"Law is the command of the Sovereign"

Command means Order and Sovereign means Ruler.

Aristotle's Definition of Law:

"Law is the experience, developed by reason and reason, tested by experience"

Why Laws are made?

Laws are made to control and regulate the human activities.

What is the Advantage of Law?

The main advantage of law is to maintain peace and harmony among humans.

Difference between Legal Person and Human being?

How a legal person may differ from a basic human being, it depends on lots of factors, but at the same time, they have the same right to dignity as everybody else is having. Everyone has his/her own opinion, no matter who they are, or what they have experienced in their personal life. No one can change it, no one can be held responsible, so nobody can harm a legal person. A person is called a legal person when, because of reasons and circumstances, he/she has a limited capacity to enter into contracts and perform certain actions, because he/she lacks a legal identity or lack of self-awareness. This is not a bad condition, but sometimes it is very difficult to distinguish between various kinds of people, for example, the father of a teenager, a teacher of a child, an accountant of a businessman. All these people do many different roles, have different purposes, and have different intentions. Different things have happened over the last centuries. Yes, these people have lost their rights many times, because of some misunderstanding, but the point is that they live and develop under the right conditions.

As I said previously that people should remember that a legal person has certain characteristics: he/she knows its limits and should be able to follow the rules, and he/she is responsible for doing things, if he/she fails then it is his/her fault. A legal person has some responsibilities, we know he/she does not have enough memory in a short period, therefore, we can ask a question, “Why is it possible to judge a boy-child, who is almost eighteen years old, by a man, who is only eighteen?” Yes, it depends, he/she has many differences and problems, but he or has some similarities. It doesn’t say whether he/she is a legal person or not. Let’s stop judging every single aspect of a person. Then we can talk about how to understand the difference between the behavior of a child and his/her age. We can talk about children with autism and teenagers. Maybe, one day, people will understand the difference between a legal person and a child.

Conclusion:

The Law is a system of rules and guidelines which are enforced through social institutions to govern behaviour.
